2 lbs. pork tenderloin
Creole Seasoning
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon rubbed thyme
garlic powder
Sprinkle pork tenderloin with Creole Seasoning or salt & pepper; place in slow cooker.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork tenderloin, turning pork to coat all sides. Top with baby potatoes. Cover and cook on LOW 4-5 hours.
